I gained 70 lbs in four years after moving from a warm climate to Erie, PA. It was such a drastic change in weather; it snows here 160" a year! I didn't have a job... I was stuck in the house feeling depressed and lonely. When I got on the scale and it showed 212 lbs, and I was wearing size 20 pants, that was the last straw.

I've tried other programs and nothing worked because it took such a commitment on my part it wasn't worth it. I had to remember what I was eating and the amount, or make the time to exercise. Diet pills made me sick or jittery.

Then I saw an ad for Sensa on Yahoo -- I saw the heavy girl get skinny. So I went online and checked it out.

When I started using Sensa, I didn't notice anything at first because I was looking for the wrong signs. I was looking at the scale. My husband noticed right away that I was eating less. Then I started noticing the weight loss... I lost 10 lbs. the first month.

Sensa fits my lifestyle because I can easily incorporate it into my everyday activities. I don't have to take a pill 20 minutes before my meal or count my calories. I carry one in my purse and keep one on the kitchen counter.

Now I'm a national sales trainer for a multi-media company, and I travel three weeks out of the month. That's part of the reason I gained so much weight. You want to eat healthy but you're not cooking, and restaurants serve such big portions. I finally realized that when I'm not hungry, I have to push it away. Sensa makes it so easy.

I don't have time to make separate meals, and I don't have time to go to the grocery store and get specialty foods and cook them. This is by far the easiest program I've ever used. I just sprinkle Sensa and I know when I'm full. I don't have to count calories. I don't have to buy food from a program.

It sounds corny but now I'm enthusiastic about things I used to be ho hum about. When my husband used to say let's go to the mall, I'd dread it. It was a chore, nothing fit, and I'd see all these thin people. I now can fit into a size 6 - I don't think I was this size even in high school!

My husband is the biggest champion of Sensa. If I don't say something about it to others, he does. He is so proud of me.
