Growing up, I had always been a bigger kid. But I put on an additional 30 pounds when I played college football because I was lifting heavy weights and eating huge portions all the time. Once I stopped playing, I no longer needed to be 275 pounds, so I decided to get smaller. I had heard about SENSA^® and figured it was worth a try.

Within the very first day of using it, I found myself eating less and feeling fuller faster. I lost a couple pounds in the first week, and as the weeks went on, the weight just kept falling off. I was astounded!



Now I feel so much more confident, and I even carry myself better. My coworkers are always complimenting me, and it's such a great feeling. I recently went to Panama City with friends, and for the first time in years, I wasn't self-conscious about taking my shirt off on the beach. It felt amazing to no longer be the "fat kid."
