What's your fitness routine? I do something different every single day. Calisthenics at home. Run 3 times a week. Bike once a week. Strength train 3 times a week at the gym.
What's your favorite food?
My mom's carrot cake.

MY FAVE FIT TIPS:
  • Drink lots of water throughout the day to help you stay hydrated. Aim to drink 8 glasses a day.
  • Eat slowly. When you sit down to eat, be sure to take your time because it takes a while for your brain to register that you have eaten enough food.
  • When weight training, be sure to exhale on the exertion. In other words, when you are at the flexing point of your rep you should be breathing out.

Marcos Prolo is the owner of Fitness Factory and the star of 10 top-selling exercise videos. He is the co-author of two fitness books, and his exercises have been featured in Muscle & Fitness as well as O, The Oprah Magazine. An international presenter, Marcos has taught his innovative fitness workshops in over 20 countries. He also is the creative force behind group exercise programs for top health clubs throughout the United States.

Marcos was drawn to SENSA® because it enables individuals to lose weight without making drastic life changes. He believes people are more likely to stick with an exercise program if it doesn't disrupt their daily routine, so his goal in creating the SENSA®FIT program was to introduce basic movements which serve as a foundation for men and women of all ages and fitness levels without taking them out of their "comfort zone."
